Although we all know that the technical (hardware) barriers of our pipelines are important, we often fall short in terms of their integrity management. How can we best prioritize our inspection and maintenance activities? What are the important degradation mechanisms and barriers? How do we create optimal Integrity Work Plans (IWP)/Maintenance Reference Plans (MRP) and Schedules?
And how do we document and close the gap with software like IMS PLSS (Pipeline Management Software)?
