Integrations

Smoothly share data with your other applications.

When it comes to software, there are no one-size fits all. Reports have demonstrated that the average company uses over 250 applications for the various processes and workflows they need to carry out. Often, these applications need to communicate with each other to function, as they use interdependent data. This is where integrations play a vital role, as they enable the capability of two or more applications to share data with one another.

Seamless
workflows

Integrations are important to have seamless workflows and to use your data more efficiently. They help prevent manual handling of data, human error, and most importantly extra work (such as a vicious upload/download cycle between systems). Integrations are done through the use of interfaces.
What benefits can you expect from a good integration?

Huge time saving

Preventing human error

Smooth communication between applications

Visualization of integrated data

Our Process
to a Successful Integration

01. Workshop

We host a workshop to show you how typical interfaces work

02. Mapping your process

Through creating User Stories, we identify what you need and what you want to achieve from these integrations. We create these user stories based on 4 fundamental questions about your business process:
  1. Defining which data you want and need to integrate
  2. Defining the direction of your data. Is it unidirectional or bidirectional?
  3.  Defining the frequency of the data. How often do you need the interface to refresh or sync the content?
  4. What are the triggers for the interface?

03. Data Sources and Technologies

The next step is to identify which data sources and technologies you are working with already. From these, it is important to establish which applications we can talk to directly and which go through middleware.

04. Customizing to your Needs

The final step will be us taking your needs and starting the implementation. We will customize it to your wants, needs, and already active technologies.
